Jaheria - Weapon Proficiencies. (Dual Weild Vs Two Handed)

Back in the day...I would always give her Staff, Two Handed Weapon Style...and later on Spear.
But...I have to say that with the inclusion of clubs that actually can do some damage in BGEE, I've managed to keep her using clubs. And possibly the staff mace soon.
My question is...should I think about her dual wielding in BG2 instead? If that's the case I should put my last prof in dual wield probably to get things started.
I usually give her the Tomb of Constitution...and have done so already...so she's got 18 con...and can tank better than anyone else in the party already.
She's always been a favorite of mine...but I want to know how you guys generally run with her.
I'm fine with sword and board for BG1...but BG2 is always more melee oriented either way.

You can not go wrong with her, I needed a solid meatshieldand shewas superb. You can dual wield her and have her wreck enemies with Insect plague instead of Ironskins. She will do fine either way, she is veryversatile.
Club+3 blackblood was my favourite for the most SoA. Then again I had item upgrade mod and depending on my mood and other difficulty mods, my gaming experience has changed and differed vastly. Whether you use gnasher or bone club to weld with it, you had a different fantastic club. Belm is also nice if you don't need +3 to hit a target.
Umm I did upgrade Spear+3 Impaler, it became a throwing weapon with massive damage. Then when I beat the poison avatars battle in Tactics mod, the Bloodbane spear was her weapon afterwards even to the end of theToB, it was a horribly powerful weapon: +5, ranged with poison and paralyse. Whoa!
I've got a couple ideas. Right now...she's got
++Clubs (Using Might Oak, Shield and Sling +1)
++Staff
++Sling
I could keep it this way, and wait for the Staff-Mace +2 which would be pretty devastating with a shield.
And then when BG2EE comes out...I'll be ready for the Staff +4 which can hurt Kangaxx right off the bat.
Or...I could Shadowkeeper and swap a the Staff, club, and Sling points into Dual Wielding and for Dagger and Scimitar. Which makes her another ginzu-knife-chainsaw but I dunno.
++Dagger (Dagger of Venom)
++Scimitar (Rasad's Talon)
++Dual Wielding
I guess my problem with it...is I kind of identify with her weapon picks...unlike Minsc whom I've never thought should be as allover the place with:
++Two-Handed Swords
+Mace
+Longbow
++Dual Wielding
(His level 1 prof points are just totally scattered in a terrible way to me)
I swapped Minsc up a bit so he's now:
+Bastard Sword
++Longsword
++Longbow
+++Dual Wielding
(Bear in mind he's level 6 now, I went with ++Longbow and ++Longsword at level 1)
Mainly because I always feel like his dual wielding points are a waste. And that he'd be so much better off with Varscona...and later on Daystar and Foebane in BG2. To me he's a swordsman and a woodsman...so the long bow makes sense...but the two-handed sword thing is kind a cheesy barbarian deal...not a ranger bit. It's never resonated with me.
