I love to fight vampires. Even if your immune to their level drain they still can pack a punch. I also like to fight the dragons. Some of my best moments are of fighting dragons. I love to fight liches too. But I hate fighting Golems. Their annoying.
This x All The Golems In The Game! I like to get them stuck, and then have somebody pummel them while everybody else does their thing. Really fun in de'Arnise Keep. Especially when traps.
@SCARY_WIZARD: The only Golems I fear are the Iron and Adamantite ones. Everything else is pretty easy.:)
I know, right? Every time I see an Adamantine Golem, I go: "**** ADAMANTINE GOLEMS ! ;___;! !" Augh, those things are evil. They might be brainless automatons free of any morality, but they're still evil in the sense that they are against what I perceive to be good. Because they're mean and attack me. Gimme one of those maces of smiting, or a couple of sonic energy spells. I'll reduce those meanies to scrap metal! Then, then...I will sell the scrap metal. And keep choice bits for crafting.
The Iron and Adamantine Golems tend to get stuck at the doorway. It's pretty cheesy to kill them w/ MMM or wand of cloudkill.
The mage battles at Athakla are pretty cool. However I found that you CANT spawn a group of cowled wizards and a group of righteous knights and wizards together. They are mutual exclusive for some reason.
In a game I played with tactics installed, I once had an encounter with a group Githyanki, local assassins and the cowled wizards all spawn at the same time in the slum area. It was an epic battle and I solo all of them.
@bbear , something similar happened to me - I was attacked by Bodhi's vampires on the streets at night, and I had forgotten that cowled ones would come if I used magic ... it became an epic vampires+wizards battle!
The upgrade to a real dragon will rock. It was a blast even in the original version all those years ago with the badass wyvern scripted to behave like a dragon. Really looking forward to a bonafide dragon fight in BG1.
In the Wyrven cavernm in Cloakwood forest 4, there's a HUGE dead Wyrm on the ground.
So... no chance of that Huge wyrm to not be dead if an specific following of events are made? That would be a real nice fight for BG without spoiling dragons as it's done in Skyrim for example.

Even if, I'm still going to pretend somebody gets up on the dragon's head and plants their blade in its skull. Just like my Breton Battle-Mage girl does! What about the massive dead creature in Mutamin's Garden, and the one below Durlag's Tower? The first time I saw that dead dragon in Durlag's Tower, I...well, said an expletive out of shock. So glad that thing is the opposite of alive.
I think myconids were severely gimped in BG and it's an unfair representation of our true abilities.
@OneAngryMushroom: Dear sir/mushroom, would you be interested to join a group lawsuit? The Association of Unfairly Gimped Abberations is currently looking into the matter and we would appreciate any support (or any clue who to sue).
@OneAngryMushroom The Abberations Anonymous are glad to welcome their new brothers and sisters. Our meetings are every Tuesday and Friday in our lawyer's office (lair of Hurgh'ash the dust mephit).

Still, my least favourite enemies are beholders, vampires and demiliches. At least I can use summoned creatures against beholders.

Absolutely, my good sir. I've heard about the unfair treatment of Aboleths, Otyughs, and Sahuagin and would be proud to offer my support.
