    I found the file and the .ini on my Mac, but just to clarify - if I add the console to the .ini file, will I have to restart my save progress for the game?

    @ggraceannm‌ No. You can go on playing normally.

    I edit my .ini file with the before mentioned lines. I save then close the folders. I start the game and the console won't open. I reopen the .ini file and parts of the lines I wrote are missing. Not all of the line just parts. what am I doing wrong. I am typing the lines i exactly as they are stated earlier in this post.
