@SpaceInvader - I was thinking along the same lines, but Str is useless below 16, and you don't really benefit in a big way unless you start with an 18 -- which is just blatant meta-gaming.
I'd rather replace the Con boost with an Attack and Damage boost. That way you become a slightly better combatant than a default Sorcerer, which is nice since you cast fewer spells, and you have some niche abilities (like being a half-decent dart-thrower, or a better than average Melf's Minute Missile hurler).
IMHO a total of +4 to attack and +2 to damage over 20 levels would be significant enough to matter, but not overwhelming.
Dragon Disciple needs to be revised imo, too. CON bonus is generally useless for Sorcerer and the most unique feature, Breath Weapon, can only be used once per day regardless of level up. At least the ability should be able to be used more frequently.
Their drawback is supposed to be -1 spell cast for each level per day, they still learn the same number of spells as a regular sorcerer. Pity, now I kind of lost my desire to play one... having only 4 spells per level just seemed like a more strategically significant drawback.

Like you said, you get -1 spell cast per spell level a day - which is 5 casts per spell level because vanilla sorcs get up to 6 casts a day. It's like rolling a vanilla mage instead of a specialist mage without the school restrictions, better hit die (d6), AC bonuses, and other flavor bonuses.
Is the DD's hit die d6 off the bat, or does it change at a higher level? I think one of the mods I used might have messed with the tables, because all of the dragon disciples I've made only have a d4.
I have G3's tweaks installed, in addition to the BGEE kitpack (and some other stuff, but nothing that should have anything to do with the tables).

A strength boost would make the kit FAR more powerful, changing it from slightly worse than vanilla sorc to much better than vanilla sorc.
If it got a stength boost it would need to be -2 spells per day.
The breath weapon is irrelevent fluff - I would rather give it up completly for claws.
I would actually have made it a bard kit myself (modifying the bard spell casting to work like a sorc).
