    @Noon It is the only green bolt that I know of.

    Yeah, it's clearly magical (blue background), and it's just one bolt which doesn't stack with anything.

    Don't recall ever having gotten it, although over the years I may have and have forgotten. (I hadn't played BG for about 5 years since BG:EE was released.)
