Can't remember exactly, but does Tactics offer an Improved Demogorgon? Though to be fair, even the most difficult DGG I remember was not actually very hard. Ignore demons, DPS down, the end. Nothing compared to some of the other difficult fights, really.

but he is not going to cast time stop at all (it is disabled in standard version) so i think there is not much he could be improved just not really by much
Well, I don't know how these mods interact with each other, but given how iconic a boss DGG is, I think it's a shame it isn't a better fight. Even on vanilla it was a pushover, and nothing near the epic encounter you'd expect from a Demon Prince.
Hint at all the modders out there to deliver a truly frightening showdown!
