Baldur's Gate EE KILL COUNT at the end of the game. (Please help me gather data for Loot Randomiser)

I need to gather some data. I'm almost finished with my monster loot randomisation, however I want to balance and correctly adjust drop chances for each mob tier.

The question is: How many kills in total (party) did you have when finishing Baldur's Gate (or being near end).

Please help me ASAP, as I wanted to release the mod tomorrow, but won't be able to do so without some data.
If you have any END GAME save - please load it and provide me here with summed killcount of your party.

    Mine is 1944 for a Final Save, but Viconia probably had 50 kills or so before I picked up Yeslick so it's probably more like 2000.

    I would have thought that the best way to randomise loot would be firstly to identify the most useful magical item drops in the game and who/where they drop from (or are found). Then randomise which item is found in which location.

    For example the cave under the Gnoll Fortress currently contains the Manual of Bodily Health. Under randomisation there would always be a useful item in that cave, but it could be any one of the useful magical items.

    That said, I don't want to tell you how to make your mod. Having the items drop randomly from any mob is another very valid method of randomising things and would certainly spice up the game for us old jaded players!

    For the record I'd killed 1244 mobs on my last playthrough.

    @karnor00 monster loot randomization. So that monsters that currently drop basically nothing, have chance to drop something. I believe Specific location/named Mob drops would stay the same, if I understood OP correctly.

    Around 1500. Only did quick visit to durlag's tower, apart from that, didn't do any TotSC stuff. Cleared all vanilla maps, did a bit of Ankheg farming.

    Thank you all for contributing. Provided data will help me to set a reasonable drop % chance for each treasure tier. Mod should be released tomorrow - or saturday if I encounter some unexpected problems.

    And Ville you are correct. Already assigned NPC's will drop their usual equipement, however they will most likely receive some AI and battle proficiency enhance, along with an additional chance for extra random treasure.

    @Heindrich1988 For starters, you need to check your math. Your kill count may be a little higher then you guessed.

    I have 3 end game files, the first one has 2215 kills, second one has around 2000 kills, and the third one has around 1800

    @typo_tilly if you have some fireball type magic, and sleep a lot in the larswood area........... well......... you can get pretty high :)

    1625 and 1674. So around 1700 with the missing members. It seems i'm not a so good son of Bhaal.

    A lot of these happened a while ago, so I don't remember if I have a significant amount of kills by non-endgame characters. In chronological order, my kill counts are: 2424, 1764, 1406, 1081, 1625, 1542, 2008, 1800, 2227, 2257.

    it probably depend on how many days it took to beat the game if it was with TOTSC and how many small quests someone did

    I expected around 1300 kills per game. I will have to lower drop% even further :D

    604 kills solo fighter final save. Didn't touch TotSC, obviously, but I wasn't just charging through the main path, either. Did much of vanilla, if not most.

    Total ~2522, in truth a bit more counting swapped out party members.

    im going to see if I can hit over 3000 with this current game I am playing right now ( and man my half-orc fighter with a two handed sword, is freight training kids )

    With one attack per round and average thac0 she just never seems to get a lot of killing blows in.
