Flaming Fist Mercenary erroneously shouts "This way good sir, over here!"

Flaming Fist Mercenary to the right of the staircase in the FF compound shouts "This way good sir, over here!"; a phrase spoken by NPCs at the carnival. He is not supposed to say this if I remember correctly, as it is very out of place.

I do not have a save file for the original BG in this chapter. Can anyone confirm?

    Although it was directing me to the staircase (which I couldn't find my first time around), the voice just sounds out of place; especially since he keeps repeating it like a court jester (in full plate).

    Not An Issue. That line is intentionally said, so that player cannot miss the stairs.
    I remember that I could not find them until I heard that guard :)
