Who delivered the fatal blow to the Baldur's Gate bosses?

With Sarevok I just summoned a tonne of skeletons and waited just outside of the dark area for 20 mins (I think I actually made myself a sandwich and he was still taking hits). 5 minutes (and a good sandwich) later I sent Imoen in to finish the job with some arrows.
For Aec'Letec I sacrificed Safana to draw him/it away. Then, somehow, Abdel did a critical hit from behind with the Dagger of Venom and killed Aec'Letec.
Irenicus was a lot more difficult, reffering to the part in Suldanesellar (in the Nine Hells I have no idea who beat him during a flurry of magic). I think I sent summonings of Efreeti against him and stood back, casting dispelling magic before charging in. If I recall it was my PC who beat him, hitting him with the Flail of Ages +3.
Amelysan, oh boy...
I only beat her earlier this year, I'd always tried to beat her and got up to the second elemental area. By the end of this fight however it was INCREDIBLY tense. My best fighters were holding off her summonings so they couldn't go for my spellcasters. I had no healing/ressurection/summoning spells left so I was casting everything I had at her demons. The only way I beat her was with Keldorn, that wonderful man! He had the Firetooth + 4 and pierced her right through the spine >:D
Who claimed a well fought victory for you along the Sword Coast and beyond?

Atari.
I don't remember who took down Irenicus (it was probably Korgan or Jaheira), but Amelyssan definitely died at the hands of the Ravager - very thematically appropriate (and lucky, because Jaheira and Bodhi were busy with Yaga Shura, and Sarevok was losing pretty badly to Balthazar).
In my most recent BG2 run, I played a PC mage and got most kills, minus a few early victories that went to Keldorn.
And for Drizzt, Viconia died in melee and Dorn's lucky hits saved us and killed the drow hero.
And, I never played ToB.
Finished BG:EE a week ago and finished Saravok off (after softening him up trapped in webs) by using the a wand of summoning to create a target for him and having everyone glug a potion of invisibility as he escaped from the webs. The poor hobgoblins took the aggro and everyone who couldn't cast magic missile loaded their best ammo and shot him down from a safe distance. Didn't notice who actually fired the last shot (or if it was a MM) but I'd call it a team effort anyway.
For Sarevok I usually feel Kivan has to kill Tazok (in my mind he basically goes "he's MINE" and attacks Tazok at the exclusion of everything else until one of them are dead). After that I like for both sides to take losses and knockouts until there's ideally only charname and Sarevok left standing, both heavily wounded.. and then there can be only one. 8)
It also works well from a mechanics point of view.. I can't unlearn the battle to where it becomes all that challenging again, but by setting up goals like this I have to make happen, it becomes a lot more difficult.
It was either Jaheira or my Berserker that landed the final hit on Irenicus.
CTRL + Y killed the last boss of ToB, but only because I got the Ascension out-of-order installation bug that made her immune to all damage.
-CHARNAME's weapon downed Aec'Letec.
Tutu: I think CHARNAME's darts of wounding came into play, here...
EE: CHARNAME just laid into Sarevok with Harrower and Ashideena.
EE Second Run: CHARNAME's Blackguard poison seeping into a helpless Sarevok's veins.
One of the things I love about Baldur's Gate is that even very minor characters have really evocative names and memorable interactions. Permidion Stark was one of those names that has stuck in my mind ever since my first playthrough. I have even started a game with Permidion Stark as my CHARNAME. Unfortunately he didn't last long - Tarnesh did for him at the Friendly Arm Inn.
Permidion Stark was the thief in High Hedge, who laid out his master plan to rob Thalantyr, but dropped it while talking to you.
Shank will always be memorable as the first enemy typically encountered in BG1. By contrast, his carbon copy Carbos is often overlooked - basically the RPG equivalent of middle kid syndrome, LOL.
Tanesh, Nimbul, and Greywolf aren't overwhelmingly powerful enemies in and of themselves, but they were very strategically placed to make them even more difficult (and memorable) than they otherwise would've been.
