To me the most annoying thing about BG/BG2 is that eventually you complete all quests and the game ends...

I see, so thats why we have the all the bugs which won't allow us to do so :)

It happened to my right panel of chars in a bg1 save and in multiplayer, but I haven't had that issue in bg2.

While I've actually agreed with him on things many times in the past, I'm glad to see @zerckan jailed after that display. I understand your feels @Varwulf, I have taken a hiatus from this forum before for similar reasons, and I may again at some point.

Most annoying thing for me ... part of Neera's quest

Fighting Lannath. Seriously, Overhaul couldn't have made that battle more annoying if they had tried.

In the vanilla game I've also been known to rage at fighting the party in the Den of the Seven Vales. It's really tempting to go in there right after escaping the dungeon, and one is typically not well-equiped enough in spells or items for it to be very do-able. Pooky is busy casting nothing but Charm magics while two fighters rip your party to pieces, and one guy backstabs like a mofo. If you get said guy weak he tries to run off with his beautiful equipment and if he runs away, that's an instant reload. Graaagghh, that fight is obnoxious. I used to be really annoyed by the party in the sewers too, but I guess I got used to that one.

Demi-Lich battles aren't annoying, but kind of stupid. I tend to just summon monsters for it to Imprison while my fighters whack them to shit. Or you could do Spell Immunity. Anyway whatever you do it's honestly kind of underwhelming, not "teh ultimit bahtle!!11"

Wut? I played a character from BG1 to NWN1 plus expansions.

    You too, huh? :D

Wb @quartz, I hope you aren't gone too long. Let the flaming subside folks.

Yep, a druid. I spent most of the time in basilisk shape.

"OH NO, basilisk attack! Where am I? ... Oh. I'm the basilisk and I'm not attacking. Oops." :D

Oh boy, that statement gives me a strong desire to play through once again as a Druid! Thank you, very much XD

If you do, druids will forever be ruined for you in BG though. But damn, True Shifter is worth it. All the shapes! :D

Oh I've already gone through NWN1 with a Druid, which is why I struggle sometimes (mentally more than anything) with BG Druids, and also why I like Icewind Dale 2 so much :)

It doesn't stop me from playing BG Druids, however, or looking for interesting ways to Dual/Multi them :)

I keep looking at the shapeshifter kit and think "WHY CAN'T YOU REALLY SHAPESHIFT?!" Avenger gets a bit closer, but manticore shape and such have spoiled me too much. :D

The saving grace for me about the Avenger kit is SWORD SPIDER shapeshift. Combined with boots of the cheetah, I have lots of fun :)

So assuming this is a multiplayer only issue, everyone else has this problem then, yes? Assuming this is a multiplayer only issue, is this something that could or could not be corrected assuming it works perfectly fine with zero chance of not working and is 100% bug free in single player?

Go to the saves folder, copy it over to the single player.. then you'll have your whole party but it'll be more like the single player version.

@Elendar That is always an option, but since I am playing with a friend that does defeat the purpose of multiplayer :)
