[Not an Issue] hexxats third quest start

iv been trying to begin hexxats third quest but i cant seem to get cabrina to show up i have tried using the console to spawn her but i cant initiate dialogue with her,the only conclusion i can come ot is that im missing some of hexxats dialogue,

is there a mod i can use to get her to talk or maybe something iv missed(also iv reloaded and done the quest upwards of 5 times now)

any help would be appreciatted as i fell like i missing out on a nice bit of new content here

    @Gate70 thanks spent a nice 2 week vacation at the copper cornet and she finaly appeared at least my party are rested and ready for more adventures :)

    @Gate70 @illydth @troodon80 agreed all the confusion i experinced was because of lack of either dialogue or clear journal entry

    This is related to the Quest Progression not Communicated clearly enough. I don't have a bug in for it yet, but we will use this thread as the discussion point
