If you pick pocket Kaiser in his house for the Figurine, go to the basement, open the door at the back, he'll spawn again in the basement, if you kill him he'll drop the figurine, so you'll have two.


This was since vanilla (and I exploited since so too) and maybe it can be polished in the EE.

    Also, do you know who buys them? :P I don't use them and I have two... No one in Saradush buys them (plus I left Saradush already).

    @Gate70 here there are two saves, one with just the first figurine and the other with none, just pickpocket Kaiser in the save with Jan, disarm the traps and make him spawn down there, and in the other save disarm the traps with Hexxat to make him spawn, kill him and you'll have to figurines (the other should be in the Bag of Holding IIRC).
    Just checked with NI and they are unsellable :(
