Add slings and darts to Archer arsenal

I do not think that there was will require continued descriptions.

Archers should be experts on range weapons and slings and darts are range weapons.
In addition, in the game is a few very nice slings and darts, is a pity that we do not have any specialist.

    slings... i never used slings and the only darts i found usefull where from the old SSI games.

    "Dart of the hornet nest"... these were great!

    EDIT: but you might be right that slings and darts could need some attention.
