That gave me an idea. I've made a 1-HP character cloning a default one and edited him with Shadow Keeper just to see what happens. Apparently, the game grants your character 6 HP as you start BG2. The only problem is... he's technically dead. He is immune to ALL damage, including Irenicus' magic. Talking about godhood!
He 'recovers' as soon as I reload the game. No 'god mode' for you! =P
Thanks! Always willing to play BG while preserving the original style as best as I can. Sometimes, though, the stony GUI feels out of place in some areas (mostly in Athkatla), perhaps because of the different design of the two games. But I'm glad pocketplane.net provided it. It's just awesome!
The only issue I have is that the title bar blue font (journal, records, inventory, mage book, etc.) and the HP/AC font (inventory, records) still retain the BG2 style. Do you know if there's another mod somewhere to get the old golden font back?
Holy Hell, Longest Journey is this 14 years old too? My Goddess, I feel doubly old now. O_O (interestingly enough, LJ too had only one sequel done... sadly, unlike in BG's case, it was a step down in playability, and no further continuation nor an enhanced edition seems to be lurking beyond the horizon... *sigh*)

...20 minutes? I remember that once it was 1 hour ago and I just had to screw myself.

@Tr_ond BUREAUCRACY? Reminds me of a game released the same year of Baldur's Gate! (skip to 5:41)
