@Raduziel, Red Wizard Edwin components were removed as I figure out how to implement a balanced dual specialization system. You can use G3's NPC Kitpack mod to fill that niche right now. What are the errors that appear when you try to install the Xan component?
@Raduziel, that is quite strange. I can't seem to find a reason why it wouldn't be able to find that file. Can you check if the file "d5_blads.2da" exists in the "TomeAndBlood/data/npcs/xan_bladesinger"?
If it doesn't, then the file extraction might have not gone properly. If it does, then I would check the security settings and try running the SetUp-TomeAndBlood executable as an administrator.
In Shadows of Amn, Imoan has 7th, 8th, and 9th level spells showing in here 1st level spell library (ex: Black Blade of disaster, limited wish, shape change, and some others). Also, she has like 6 extra spell slots available (11 total spell slots at level 8 mage).
I uninstalled the BG2 tweak pack changes to spell casters as well as TnB. Then I reinstalled TnB. Still have the issue.

I experienced the high level spells in the 1st level library (even down to the same spells Necromanx2 lists) with Dynaheir in BGEE. TnB was the last mod I installed before BG2Tweaks and NPCEE, and I don't use any tweaks that affect the spell list.
Another thing. All my scrolls show in red even if my mage doesn't know the spell. I can't use identify scrolls to identify items anymore either (both BG:EE and BG2:EE. I can memorize them, just not cast from scroll.

This was a bug with version 0.6. I know it's been fixed with 0.61; at least in my case it has been fixed. Are you using the latest version of Tome and Blood?
I uninstalled TnB. Deleted the folder and files. Redownloaded 0.61 rar and installed. I still get the 7th, 8th, 9th level spells on Imoan and still get the 11 1st level spell slots when I start a new game.
Hmm, I dropped the hotfix in the proper folder, then reinstalled TnB, started a new game, and teleported to the Gnoll Stronghold to save Dynaheir. She still had a bunch of high level spells in her first level spellbook. Out of curiosity, I had her try casting the spells, since she had them memorized, but nothing happens when I tell her to cast. The circle underneath her changes to indicate a command, but then it reverts without any casting animation or expending the prepared spell.
@Kaigen, which high level spells were in Dynaheir's spell book?
If you installed the specialists component, she should have all invocation spells. If you installed the hathran component, she should have a couple converted divine spells.
Sorcerers get the correct amount of spells, while mages (Edwin and Zarz in BG:EE and Imoan in BG2:EE) get a bunch of extra 1st level spell slots. 2nd and above are fine.
Edit: Found another minor issue: The ghoul touch and vampiric touch special abilities for the Necromancer are pointing towards the wrong weapon. Each of those creates the standard chill touch weapon instead of the paralyzing/life draining touch weapons. I've already fixed it on my end using NI, but probably something to bundle into the next release.
When I level up in Shadows of Amn, my weapon proficiency descriptions are all messed up. The have a bunch of snarky comments now. Just happened with latest update. Was not like this before.
Note that the extra spell slots did go away at level up.
The fact that I can't cast any spells from scrolls is a big issue. I will need to uninstall this mod until that and the proficiency descriptions are fixed
All scrolls I find show as non-learnable (even though I can memorize what I don't know). I cannot put them in quick slots to cast. The identify scroll does not activate the SCROLL option when trying to identify items. So at this point scrolls can only be scribed, but not used. All scrolls show in red tint as not usable on my mages and sorcerers (PC and NPCs).

Found the 2da in the correct folder, runned setup as an administrator (right-click -> run as administrator...) but couldn't get past the error.
Displays this:

The spell scrolls not be castable is.
I missed this. Do you know what it is related to? Is it related to item creation?
