    The funny thing is though, I've always kept him in BG2 but I've always killed him off when I grab Edwin and go after Dynahair.
    Just can't turn down bounty hunting on witches.

    If Minsc wasn't awesome enough, the NPC pack by the Gibberlings 3 makes having a party of Minsc + Dynaheir + Edwin hilarious and awesome in spades. Toss in the "NPCs never fight" tweak, and you have two of the best NPCs (Minsc and Edwin) along with some of the best banter ever.
