@Elrandir - toxic little tweens! What a glorious turn of phrase. I think I will use that myself (unless you claim copyright) ... now all I need is an appropriate place to use it
Th-That one with the long hair is actually a dude... But the running joke in the anime is that he looks like a girl with that avatar, and actually pretends to be a girl sometimes... Kind of appropriate. XD
@Nonnahswriter Hey, I bet I'm not the only one who got the gender bent I've left the pic there so this discussion isn't meaningless, and I've added a little note. I've already written this post once - but te forum seems to have swallowed it whole It isn't so much the hair that confuses me, it's the pics of men with boobplates - I call them moobplates (man-boobplates). I think moobplates and/or keel shaped breast plates are supposed to indicate increadibly overdeveloped pec muscles, and thus a really, really manly man. The silly thing is they look just like the less pointy kind of boobplate, so the superguys end up looking like gals. To really make my point, I found the pic on a woman warrior type blog and traced it back to the original artists sites - so it ain't just me
Goggles to protect one of the most important parts of a predator: the eyes! Since reptilians are cold-blooded and don't produce body heat, the goggles won't become foggy!
Wings don't grow back very well, and GreenWyvern's Blacksmith knows this well (but not from personal experience), so we have crafted flexible wing-covers that protect one of the most vulnerable parts!
The thinner part of the tail has semi-flexible armour pieces (Padded with nice, soft bunny fur!), and chain mail on the thicker parts, for easier, large movements, for those moments when you latch on to your enemies' shoulders and stab their chest relentlessly. YAY!
Some fine leather armour... well, I'm sure everyone here understands "light armour".
Both paws and feet are metal-tipped, for protective and offensive measures!
So. Uh. Is this "Believable"? I mean, it's... female... I'm not breaking any rules there.
@The_Potty_1 That link is working for me today. I'm not sure why you had a problem - unless it's their server playing silly buggers.
@GreenWyvern - This thread caters for all females - not jus humanoids (no specieism here!) so your wyvern in leather is most welcome I was going to call this thread something like females in no sexist armor, or females in armor using the same rules as they use to paint men in armor - but it was just too clunky.
@epicrakshasas I've got loads of lady dwarf pics, but none with beards and in armor, it seems to be either one or the other The best lady dwarf with facial hair pics are the ones from Weta - they used the female staff and staff's family members to do dwarf "makeovers". YIKES - Apparantly this pic is actually a bloke. I wont remove it as it would make the discussion a few posts down meaningless and confusing.

Seriously, where's our "Armour equality" thread?
