The more detail the better as I'm very much in the market for a wide variety of foods since I'm now engaged and cooking for my own family. They get sick of take away very quickly! So if anyone has a passion for food! Please teach a simple bounty hunter your favorite dishes!
Cheers!

Ingredients
1/2 lb pork
3 stalks Chinese kale or a head of cabbage
1 lime, cut into thin slices
3 tablespoons fish sauce
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon fresh garlic, finely chopped (use more if desired)
1 tablespoon fresh Thai chili peppers, finely chopped
1 tablespoon coriander leaves and stems, finely chopped
1 teaspoon sugar
Method
Grill the pork over medium-high heat until done, then cut the pork into thin slices. Transfer pork to a serving plate. Remove leaves from the Chinese kale or cabbage, and cut the stems into 1 inch pieces, then chill for garnish. Prepare lime slices and set aside. Thoroughly mix remaining ingredients, and pour the mixture over the pork. Garnish with kale and lime slices.
Fries, gravy and cheese (curds if you want to do it properly)
Done like dinner and eat like a french canadian with a bottle of pepsi and a jos louis for dessert.
Mmmm god I'm hungry now.
Food threads are a pig when your starving and there is no food immediately available.

Requires at least 250 grams of mince meat.
1 onion, bag of spaghetti, handful of chopped mushroom, broccoli, beans and carrots. (As much or as little as you want.)
Jar of tomato paste. Roughly 2 cups of Red wine, the amount can also depend on how strong you want the wine flavour. You'll also need some garlic!
Throw the mince meat in the frying pan, dice up the onions, cook the broccoli, beans and carrots separately as well as the spaghetti, once they are all cooked throw the veges along with the sauce into the fry pan with the meat. Add some wine and a teaspoon of garlic and let it simmer for a while. It's fairly quick and simple, once it's cooked throw the spaghetti onto a plate and put the bolognese on top. Sprinkle some cheese on top!
( I should be clear, don't THROW anything anywhere. I just had a horrible mental image of people tossing food all over my kitchen. . . )
Later today! Burritos, Jess & Calo style!
Luckily the new house doesn't have the whole weird and wonderful world of stains you can't identify and probably wouldn't want to know anyway. . .
I baked a couple of apple pies today. This is one of them. The other one didn't make it (I don't mean it didn't turn out I mean its long since been eaten).
It lasted not long.
