I've thought this idea of @booinyoureyes deserves a special thread.

Rather than start a whole new thread I might as well just continue with this one.
So I'll start #KuldaharConfessional now open
Confession: For Classes
1. Never used a pure cleric in this game. With kits now available, this is likely to change
2. LOVE using druids, bards and Paladins in this game, and now with kits available this is NOT likely to change
3. I have never used a pure thief for long (in either game really)
Confession: I think Icewind Dale had far better portraits than Baldur's Gate. I was unsuprised when I discovered that the Enhanced Edition portraits (which I adore) were done by an Icewind Dale artist, and look forward to even more options
Confession: Like in Baldur's Gate, I have never beaten Icewind Dale with an evil party, or even an evil party member. Maybe not even a neutral one outside of my druids (who were really neutral good, but the game was too stubborn to believe me). This might actually change this time around.
Confession: I can't wait to have a barbarian in my party, and I will 100% give him the Tribe of the Elk avatars through EEKeeper
Confession: I found out about Icewind Dale's lack of scrolls the hard way in my last playthrough. Always had ONE pure mage in my parties when I was young, but my last playthrough I had a mage, a bard AND a mage/thief... and made a huge error in giving my mage/thief a level 8 spell "first"... that I never saw again! My poor invoker had no 8th level spells for a long time.
Confession: I am a bit worried about all the new spells in this game. I feel like this might change the balance. I really hope they make the final boss immune to Time Stop and stuff, or make high level spells really hard to find scrolls for or ridiculously expensive, since I do not trust myself to not abuse the system if it exists lol. That said, its mostly optional so I can just ignore OP stuff. Even with these safeguards though... sorcerers
Confession: More than anything I would love to have new quests. A major add on like Trials of the Luremaster would be outstanding.
Confession: I actually don't remember much about Trials of the Luremaster, despite beating it at least twice (I think 3 times). All I remember is that there were four towers in a small castle and that I thought it was awesome, so that is a good sign.
Confession: I've actually beaten Icewind Dale more times than BG2 or BG1 despite being a fan of the Bhaalspawn saga more than the IWD game. Beat IWD2 only once... not as good as the first.
Confession: What I really can't wait for? Finding out the new kits that CamDawg and the other developers added to the game. So many options now 0.0
Confession: This might be because whenever I got stuck on an area for a long time, I usually just started over with a new party from scratch, so I didn't stick with one long enough to get very far...
Confession: But because I started over so often, I learned about most of the bonus quests and dialogue pertained to certain classes! Must have diverse party. Must collect ALL the experience! *_*
Confession: I think I finished IWD only two, maybe three times. This is likely because IWD+HoW was the last Infinity-engine game I bought.
Confession: I don't remeber much from IWD, except that it has beautiful locations, music and feels great!
Confession: I want IWDEE to actually try this game to its fullest, to find out and complete all its quests.
Confession: I'm so excited. The level of excitement only increases with time.
Confession: I downloaded Ash (Bruce Campbell, Evil Dead Army Of Darkness) character pics and soundset and started a solo run. Never did finish, but I do remember cackling madly every time he'd deliver a one liner. It seemed a perfect fit at the time given all the annoying undead prowling the icebox. Side note: It would ROCK if Bruce Campbell voiced a character for one of Beamdog's projects, but I'm perhaps a bit biased.
Confession: I really enjoyed the story. There, I said it!
Confession: I'm hoping for at least one companion easter egg character. Fingers crossed for character: Betty the Yeti.
Confession: I used to start a solo game in HoW on Heart of Fury mode, collect all the (doubled) quest XP for the intro and then steamroll through everything on core rules.
Confession: I have in the past used the console to level up my characters to get a glimpse of how my spell progression would work. Doing this, I also discovered that the level 40 rules mod that I used also allowed paladins to get up to (I think) 6th level divine magic.
Confession: I have only beaten IWD a handful of times, despite starting probably a hundred or more saves. I've only beaten HoW three times that I can recall, and I needed to consult a guide to beat TotLM both times I did that.
We can finally find a love interest for Rufus @rufus_hobart
Confession: I usually install the Sleep Anywhere tweak because damn is it ever hard to get through some of the levels and walking back through the mazes to the entrances can be a big PITA.
In fact I'm even worse at chronic rerolling in IWD than in BG.
Confession:- i never played a multi or dual class once in the 4 times id finished it.
Shameful Confession :- i did make a elf ranger named drizzt and using dale keeper forced a longsword into its off hand to make it appear to dual weild.
Oh, and on topic, I confess I've never played through Trials of the Luremaster so am very much looking forward to having my party's collective ass kicked up and down the Spine of the World when I attempt it.
I confess: nothing hoo maybe beside the fact that I never didn't beaten the game, and I don't remember much of it.
