We can steal Ihtafeer head from her...
Do I need say more? :D

    What are the steps @Edvin - if I try while she is in human form I don't get her head, if she turns hostile I can't pickpocket items.

    Really? Interesting... I can steal her head when is in human form.
    You can also try charm her and then steal her head.

    I used PC, Windows and v1.2.2030, any different for you?

    I get a "the target has no items that a thief of your ability can steal", while capped at 280.

    I have v1.2.2030, but i have also *few* mods...
    Anyway, I remember that the same thing could be done even in the original BG2.
    Although it is possible that someone already fixed it and some my mode it messed up again.
