[Dupe 7049] Priest of Talos and his "Lightning Bolt"

Not Exactly a bug, rather the lack of description.

Is this Lightning Bolt same as mage spell?
Is spell the same level as the caster level?
Is casting speed same?


Similar descriptions have their justification.
For example, Inquisitor and Stalker special abilities are different than original spells.


P.S.
Priest of Helm and priest of Lathander have same problems with their "True Sight" and "Hold Undead".

    Looks like all 3 special ability descriptions are covered by issue 7049 @Edvin‌ so I'll mark this as a duplicate.
