Permanently Stat Changing Potions: Numbers and Locations

The title says it all: I'm looking for the potions that have similar effects to the tomes in BG1 or the Machine of Lum the Mad in BG2. Greatly enjoyed what I played so far, but I'm afraid I am a perfectionist that needs to have it all planed out. So...
Which/how many/where are they? Are they random drops? Is it possible to have more than one per kind? I'm currently planing my first IWD:EE play-through and would like to take this into consideration before rolling my chars. Thanks a thousand times for anyone willing to help! Also: My first forum-post. Jayyiii!!!!

and another that converts 1 dex to 2 wis - it's in the lower right tower in totl castle, battle with adventurers with the genie
there's also a ring that trades 1 dex for 1 str
that's all i've seen so far, i'm only halfway through.
one that trades dex for wisdom is great, makes you cleric cast many more spells
we REALLY need to start getting a list together of all magical items
*Potion of Action Transference: +1 Charisma, -1 Dexterity. Can be dropped by the skeleton Therik in one of the crypts of the Vale of Shadows.
*Potion of Magical Resistance: +5% Magic Resistance. Can be found in the statue of Sseth on the first floor of Dragon's Eye.
*Potion of Strength Transference: +1 Dexterity, -1 Strength. Can be found in a chest next to the "Shadowed Elven Priest" on the third floor of the Severed Hand's cleric tower.
*Potion of Life Transference: +1 Strength, -1 Constitution. Can be dropped by the frost salamander chieftain Kerish.
*Potion of Holy Transference: +2 Wisdom, -1 Dexterity. Two locations: Can be found in Malavon's throne, and is found in the bag of holding possessed by the Banite in Trials of the Luremaster.
I've heard there is another potion which gives +1 Constitution, but so far I haven't found it.
Also, as far as I know, the Tome of Leadership and Influence is NOT a random drop, and it is the only stat tome in the game.
*Potion of Resistance: +5% Crushing Resistance. I'm not sure if it is in the game.
*Potion of Greater Resistance: +5% Slashing Resistance, +5% Piercing Resistance. I'm not sure if it is in the game.
*Potion of Arcane Absorption: +10% Magic Resistance. Not obtainable due to HoW loot tables.
*Potion of Dissipation: +15% Magic Resistance. Not obtainable due to HoW loot tables.
*Potion of Aura Enhancement: +1 Intelligence, +5% Magic Resistance. Not obtainable due to HoW loot tables.
*Potion of Constitution: +1 Constitution. Not obtainable due to HoW loot tables.
*Potion of Clear Purpose: I'm not sure what this one does since I haven't found it, but it was in Icewind Dale 2, where it gave +1 Wisdom and -2 Constitution.
I found this in item listing for vanilla IwD:
I can confirm that the following permanently stat changing items drop at the following locations - some scumming (Angband terminology - maybe 'grinding' would be better?) may be required:
- Potion of Magical Resistance (+5% magic res) drops from the large snake statue northeast Dragon's Eye level 1, Main campaign.
- Potion of Resistance (+5% crushing res) drops from barrel north west (towards far door) second level dungeons, Trials of the Luremaster
- Potion of Greater Resistance (+5% slashing res, +5% piercing res) drops from barrel northwest (towards far door) second level dungeons, Trials of the Luremaster.
- Tome of Leadership (+1 CHA) drops from bookshelf in tower southeast castle upstairs, Trial of the Luremaster.
If these are items that you want to scum for, then make a save game in the map previous to the one where these drop, /before/ you enter the map where it drops as items are 'created' as you enter a map for the first time. If the item doesn't drop, you can reload and have a fresh batch of randomised drops created as you enter the map for the 'first time' again.
With this in mind, and with a lot of re-rolling, some min-maxing and the judicious use of character import/export and an 'items buffs' character called 'Buffy' to accumulate and duplicate said items, I've created a Half-Elf F/M/T monster that has:
STR: 18/99
DEX: 18
CON: 18
INT: 18
WIS:18
CHA: 25
Resistances:
Magic: 127
Slash: 100
Crush: 100
Pierce: 100
Obvious holes in (and plugs for) the defenses are:
- Elemental damage (Protection From x,y,z,etc)
- Missile damage (Protection From Normal Missiles)
- Enchanted weapon damage (Stoneskin/Mirror Image/etc)
- Trap Damage (detect & disarm)
The plan is to have a fully equipped solo Giggle Run through the entire campaign, with expansions, in HoF mode just to see how it pans out (y'know, for sh**s and giggles).
Although my cleric is my tank, i think it is worth it.
But otherwise totally agree. I've never seen any dialogue benefit from having higher CHA.
