Thaxyll'ssilyia's chamber pot

In "real life", with the shadow dragon wardstone, would Thaxyll'ssilyia be able to detect a high-level thief setting traps in the corner of the chamber?
One can obviously do this in-game, as well as buff, summon, and take a dump at his feet.
For that matter, could a thief take a dump in the corner without being noticed? Maybe Thaxyll'ssilyia's would smell it in spite of the wardstone, but I can't imagine it would smell any worse than a dwarf.

DM: Your character is doing what?
Thief: Taking a dump in the corner. Can I do that?
DM: Uh, why would you...
Mage: Oh, this is going to be good. I cast Expeditious Retreat and watch from the stairs.
Thief: Hey, it's not an attack. The stone should protect me. Right?
DM: I don't think that was what it was intended for...
Thief: Come on! Can I do it or not?
Fighter: Can I pee on the dragon from the hole overhead?
DM: What?
Fighter: If he's going to get to take a dump. I want to pee on the dragon's head.
DM: What is wrong with you?
Thief: Aw! You never let us have any fun!
Druid: I want to summon some wolves to pee on the dragon too.
DM: Fine! Roll D20
Rolls...
DM: You successfully fill the room with the aroma of foolhardy adventurer and make rain upon your foe. The dragon lets loose a roar and begins the attack.
Edit: It's hoard not horde, you foolish sword!
Would this be
draining the dragon?
