#11085 Rasaad should not stop moving if the protagonist has a romance with both him and with Hexxat

I have a problem with Rasaad after downloading the v1.3 patch, he fails to move to the selected locations and doesn't follow commands. I know of some who have had the same problem with Viconia. Any solutions?
