Do cleric/rangers still get all divine spells?

With the latest 1.3 patch in BG2EE as a default you get only up to level 3 druid spells.

To change that, open your baldur.ini file and change "1" to "0" in the following line:

Game Options', 'Cleric Ranger Spells', '1',

This way you'll get all (or nearly all) of the druid spells.

Well, they can't get the Greater Elemental Summoning spell, but they can get everything else.

Not unless you change that value in the ini file. A Ranger can't get anything above level 3 Druid spells.
