Hello there! New to this forum, need help

hwy there, new to forum but not to BG. Running into a bit of a pickle, for the life of me I can't get past the first level of the dungeon, I've searched all over for a portal key in the mistress room, but I can not find it. I'm on mobile otherwise I would have consoled it

    Well, that's interesting. It's always there on my iPad games. Maybe try loading a previous save, if possible. That is, assuming you haven't already picked it up without noticing. If that doesn't work, then other than restarting the game, I don't know.
