Viconia's Innate Weapons Won't Go Away

Under her special abilities she has what looks like a hammer. I have DR installed and set her to Nightcloak of Shar. Anyhow, her "magical" weapons never go away. I went between locations, I slept, etc. I can't go back to her regular weapons. These should only last X rounds or whatever.
