#16070 Constitution of 20+ should not result in injured characters being healed when loading a save

My badly injured PC cast Draw Upon Holy Might (as a Bhaal ability, but it's probably same problem with the spell) and that brought CON temporary to 20. I save while spell still active. If I reload, PC is at full health.

Noticed on BG2:EE v1.3, Linux/Steam version.
