Option for respec companions

I'm sorry if it was already asked, but with SoD there will be the option for respec the new Companions without changing classes? It was already bad to take a follower with level 5 and all the proficiency/skills already setted (and someone with less hit points than they could have).
For being honest i would like to have the option to respec everybody even in bgee without expansion, i don't like to run through maps for take a companion on level 2.

    In SoD, when NPCs join party, their XP will be adjusted to (roughly) match the player, aka ToB-style.

    As for our ability to rearrange NPCs' proficiencies and skills in SoD, it hasn't been revealed yet.

    Thank you for the answer, so i will wait.
    I just hope that they will think about this, otherwise if i will import a full leveled team i could manage the new NPCs for just 1-2 levels (i suppose)
