need help!!

I am in the under dark, completed a quest for a fella i climb down the rope with (forgot his name). Completed the quest and i believe he gave me items, little did i realise i had a full inventory and its automatically kicked out my white shiny light pass that lets me get back to see the white dragon. I dont have any previous saves is there any way i could fix this? forgot to mention i cant get back down there as he took the rope off me.

sorry to be a nightmare, but if i cant resolve il have to start the game over again.
