I think the Off-Topic forum is sufficient. I understand the desire to make neat subcategories, but there are two reasons why I wouldn't do that here:
1) Usability. The list of boards is long and unwieldy enough as it is. It's not just the sidebar but the fact that moderators, especially of the non-English boards, have to scroll through the entire lineup every time they move a topic. There should be a good reason for adding more.
2) It sets a precedent for creating even more off-topic boards and boards for non-Beamdog games, taking the focus away from the main purpose of this site. This is also why there are no boards dedicated to the original IE games, although discussion of them is allowed in the corresponding EE sections.
Pretty much what @Jalily said. We won't discourage people from discussing other developers' games, but generally speaking it's a poor business model to encourage it in an official capacity.
