@Klorox if you're still having issues, try these in order. 1. Check whether the message appears for new game/loading a game. 2. Power the iPad down and restart it. 3. Re-install the game. 4. Report back with what version of iPad you are using. Also whether you have any settings such as non-English languages for either the device or game config.

This iPad has never been modified in any way.
It is an iPad 4. It's only configured for English.
