Game won't load on my iPad, but it will on my iPhone.

I get the following message on my iPad:

    Moved to Troubleshooting section.

    @Klorox if you're still having issues, try these in order.
    1. Check whether the message appears for new game/loading a game.
    2. Power the iPad down and restart it.
    3. Re-install the game.
    4. Report back with what version of iPad you are using. Also whether you have any settings such as non-English languages for either the device or game config.

    The only thing that worked was resetting the whole iPad.

    This iPad has never been modified in any way.

    It is an iPad 4. It's only configured for English.
