Is the range of a bard song in the beta an intended behaviour?

During the MP game with Tresset we noticed that now the range of a bard song is a range of Sunfire i.e. it's much less than before. Is it an intended change?

This change (we tested on a Blade's song which as it turned out grants a luck bonus added to fear immunity) combined with the fact that singing now breaks invisibility greatly nerfs bards, I think.

This is why I'm asking. And by the way, if this is an intended change, @Tresset could create a mod that would restore the pre-beta behaviour.

    It may have been an unintended side effect, but go ahead and make a ticket. If it is intended we'll need to make sure it's documented.
