How to cheat roll all 18's?

You used to be able to press Ctrl & 8 at the screen for determining your characters stats during character creation to set all stats to 18, this no longer seems to work? I do have cheats enabled and can open the console during gameplay.

    It worked last time I tried it, but that was a few months ago.

    Just tested it both in 1.3 and 2.0 beta - Ctrl+8 works fine.

    What did you implement in the configuration file? I only put 
    'Game Options',	'Cheats',	'1',

    I noticed that keyboard shortcut cheats like Ctrl J, don't work unless I type C:EnableCheatKeys() in to the cheat console but I can't access the cheat console during character creation to enable Ctrl 8 function...

    Okay, so it seems that 
    'Game Options',		'Cheats',	'1',
    is an older way to enable cheats and in v1.3 it only gives you access to the Cheat Console.

    'Program Options',	'Debug Mode',	'1',
    This is what you need for all cheat functionality to unlock in v1.3! Thanks for the link, ctrl 8 works with this parameter in the config file and I believe this negates the need to use the Cheat Console to enable Cheat Keys.
