Do take heed that BGEE patch 2.0 might have broken a few mods.

Actually that was why I created a new separated list where I am only adding mods that

1) The author confirms works correctly with SoD or 2.0
2) People install and find no problems playing.

Actually that applies to the 1.3 list as well as many older mods are no longer compatible after 1.2 and were never updated.

Indeed, i can confirm @subtledoctor .
Playing 2.0
For safety i used "modmerge" to unpack dlg then just installed all my mods without any issues and everything works.
Well,except the GUI ofc,it is not fully compatible due to extensive change.
