More communicative impact of stats during character creation

tl;dr version: the primary stats (str, con, dex) should show real-time effect on derivative stats (thac0, carrying capacity, HP rolls) as you change them on the character gen screen. This would be in keeping with the spirit of modernising the game and holding the player's hand a bit without him having to RTFM.
long version:
The character generation should have real-time view of the effect stats are having, as the D&D rules on stats are quite nebulous and require a rulebook to interpret.
Example:
There is nothing during character creation telling you that constitution impact on HP between 7 and 14 are identical, or that constitution above 16 grants nothing unless you are a warrior class. It's very easy to waste those points out of ignorance.
This guy made an eloquent video explaining the issue, particularly where he goes into 'lack of feedback'. He rambles on a bit but it is worth a watch.

Create a ticket with the "Feature" tracker, and include as much information as you can about what stats you'd like to see feedback on for each ability score. Character Creation is on the "hit list" of screens to be improved, so this is something we can certainly look at.
Nonetheless I just made an account there and made a ticket linking back here. although I don't know why I need to itemize everything that stats effect since that should be known to the programmers anyway? I'm not well-versed in it enough that I can trust myself not to leave something out, so I'd rather leave it to someone else. Basically, I think -everything- that stats could influence should be mentioned.
The way I picture it, I think on the left should be your options and on the right a character sheet that populates with information of what changes are taking effect as your character forms. Perhaps have the real-time effects in grey text, and becoming solid text when you commit the change and move onto the next stage.
The forums are mainly for discussing things if you're unsure of your suggestion being a good suggestion, want feedback on your suggestion or if you're unable to reproduce a bug and need help figuring out a way to reproduce it before reporting it etc.
It seems it's due for version 2.0.62.2, what version are we on now?
We're on the version 2.5.
I'm installing the game now. I assumed it wasn't implemented yet because I watched a recent youtube video of the game and it didn't look like anything had changed on the character creation screen...
*EDIT what is the subforum for reporting bugs now? I only see the archived one...
*EDIT you've migrated to service desk but I only see an option for reporting bugs on service desk, not suggesting (or viewing) new features?
Thanks. Shame it seems limited to reporting.
