BGEE voice sets in BG2EE?

I'm curious why the BG2EE voice sets haven't been update with the BGEE/SoD voice sets.

I find the BG2EE voice sets very lacking.

Is there a simple way to get the BGEE voices into BG2EE?

To answer the first part of the post - the answer is voice-over contracts. The VO contracts are for the rights to an actor's work for a specific game. To include a voice set in additional games requires a new contract with the actor.

I figured it was something like that. But because of the new voice sets being added in SoD I figured they would make their contracts retroactive with the already released BG2EE.
