The post formatting and reaction bar are missing (also, problems with the Activity page)

As you see, something has changed in the last 20 minutes - the formatting options for posts are not shown.

The reaction bar is also missing.

Also, https://forums.beamdog.com/activity now doesn't show any leaderboard.

    I just noticed that. The top bar has gone and the banner image has changed as well.

    The worst part of it all is that all previous reactions are not shown. I.e. there's no way to see if any person ever got any reaction at all.

    Also, the user page doesn't show reactions any more - no numbers at all.

    Also, in discussions the number of posts is not shown next to nicknames.

    Code blocks have a yellow background now making the text difficult to read....

    And edited posts have the edited commented shifted to the top of the post (I think it was at the bottom before).

    Edit: Looks like a full config.php reset?
