Oh... Uhm. It's definitely one of the trio of Tiana, Rumar, and Priss... Tiana's the Harpy, given the dialogue tree... I'm going to go with Rumar, since Priss doesn't really have any dialogue.

I actually intended it to be Priss, but thinking it over, the clues were probably vague enough to apply to Rumar as well.
-She's the "target" of others - Nalia quips that Salvanas has hit on her after he makes a pass at Nalia.
-She's focused on Rumar for herself.
-Her passionate moment with Rumar is broken up by Tiana, who she then calls a "Harpy."
-More often than not, Tiana will prevail when she fights Priss, putting an end to the young lass' dream of eloping with Rumar. However, IF Priss survives (usually thanks to either a healing spell on her or a "Command" on Tiana from my cleric, LOL), she will take Rumar by the hand and run off with him to be married and live happily ever after.
I actually had Tiana and Priss land killing blows on each others simultaneously one time. I don't remember what happened with Rumar's dialogue but somehow I thought it was the best outcome for him.

LOL, I always meant to start a thread asking if anyone had experienced that, and what the outcome was.
Since you don't remember, I'll probably go ahead and do that anyway.
I start between inns, send you to another inn, and ask that you return inside an inn. I don't particularly care if you're busy, I'll ask for help anyways. I was once in a relationship with a shameless flirt.

@SharGuidesMyHand gets it back! Brielbara starts between the Splurging Sturgeon and Blushing Mermaid, and her quests sends you to the Low Lantern. No matter how you answer her, she gives you her quest. She was once in a relationship with Coran.
@tbone1 1. Entar was killed by the Iron Throne but came back in Siege of Dragonspear 2. He's a prick 3. His son was killed by bandits (see Kagain's Quest, it's not stated outright but it's heavily implied) and his daughter's soul was torn asunder and placed in the Soultaker Dagger. Most likely in a failed attempt to use BhaalSpawn essence by Irenicus as it's implied Skie may have been a Bhaalspawn. After he failed he likely tracked down the party and used them instead.
1. Only Charname can have a familiar 2. Charname doesn't have a romance option because you can't romance yourself 4. Charname is the entire game because they are the main character.
The only clue that doesn't make sense is 3. because nobody speculates, everyone already knows charname is a demigod.

(Edit: Corrected spelling)
His name marks him as not a hero at all, though he works with tigers. And if you ask his advice, he tells you not to enter the circus.
I have been the target of others, but I have only one, true target for myself. Only a Harpy can stop me from the task at hand.
Who am I?
You're (sorta) getting warmer, though.
A couple of hints:
-Notice I said "HarpY" - that is NOT a typo.
-When I say Baron Ployer is "warmer," I'm referring to location, not quest.
Another hint:
I am found at a place named after a material that can be used to make currency.
-She's the "target" of others - Nalia quips that Salvanas has hit on her after he makes a pass at Nalia.
-She's focused on Rumar for herself.

Your turn!

There's a famous comic book hero named after my level of importance.
When you click on him, he says, "Don't touch me, I'm super important."
Your turn.
2. I'm not a nice person
3. Both of my children were killed, but one suffered a fate worse than death.
