I love hoarding portraits to use for characters in the Baldur's Gate series, so I thought it'd be fun to start a thread where everyone can share their favourite(s) that they've used or plan to use.
This is mine. I recently used it for a Human Berserker character. He was a generally happy guy who only got angry during battle, so I thought the smile behind his blade really got that idea across. Plus I just like how this picture looks.
What about you guys?

A close one..:)
An Imoen alternate:
I'm biased about this last one, because it's me.
(The bald one is sean connery's head)
ADDED: Most often i use "free image" search and since these are intended for personal use, will often neglect to retain where i originally found them or whose work it originally was...sometimes it's an already altered work i rework and i never get to the original.
As to the pictures of me...people take my picture daily (with and without permission), they will often be published without credit to me (most often by people that never asked permission or my name to give proper credit of the subjects in their photos, yet will want permission and claim rights of ownership to my image...literally)
Sometimes polite and respectful people will email me pictures they have taken and sometimes i will download my own image and use it as i see fit.

no offence or willful neglect is intended on my part.
This WAS my favorite portrait - until I got a new laptop and realized just how yellow her skin really is.
I'll give an 'insightful' to the first one who can tell me where it's from
Halfling Fighter/thief
Human Paladin
Dwarven Defender
Human Bard
Gnome Illusionist/Cleric
Dwarven Fighter
(Not a bad party all in all )
@GandalfPortraitGuy
You're using a bitmap file, in the right location with the correct dimensions? @Kilivitz made a post about it here:

Btw, is there a female Eldoth out there? And by that, I don't mean a dragqueen Eldoth (looking at you featherboa Minsc )
Human
Dwarf
I especially like the facial expression on the dwarf.
@redline I know the Gnome because I was looking for the MTG cart art it was based off of. http://udoncrew.deviantart.com/art/MtG-Online-Braids-131712029
The rest of what I use comes from Google image searches. Terms like
Female Dwarf (You'll see the one I used a few scrolls down)

@Syntia13 Looks like they are even a forum user.
THE portrait for me
Granted, image quality is not of the highest shelf but for my games its enough:)
I like to use this one whenever I make a half orc barbarian. There's an orc that doesn't look like they mess around.
