Okay Forgotten Realms junkies, which god's symbol is this?

I'm just emerging, sort of, out of a previously-inaccessible HUGE dungeon in the first Baldur's Gate, and I'm now out of the caves to some kind of temple, looks like. The dialogue is all screwed-up, so I'll never know what this place is supposed to be about. Whose symbol is this on the walls, at least? It's so familiar...

It's like I'm in the Middle Ages, an illiterate peasant in a church... Hey, who's dat? :D:p

Weird, that is actually part of Dragon's Eye level 4 in IWD. I just checked it.

How did you get to Dragon's Eye in BG?

It seems he found a way through the abandoned house by fisherman's lake. It shouldn't accessible normally.

It looks a liiiiittle bit like Dumathoin's symbol, but I doubt it's supossed to be that. Probably the symbol of some cult. Wasn't there a Yuan-Ti cult in that dungeon in IWD?

PS: A snake cult. Might be Yxunomei's symbol, but since she is (as far as I know) an original character from that game, you probably won't find that symbol anywhere else.

All right! I'm in Icewind Dale now! B)

...Sarevok, you won't believe the SLIDING I've done in search of your sorry ass, bro...

For those who want to know how I got there, I had the Enhanced Edition with some mods installed, then put SoD on top of that. But maybe the house is accessible in BGEE itself, have you tried? Be warned, though, the dialogue is wacky.

Just wondering where I'm going to EXIT that dungeon to now...

No. The house is not accessible in BGEE. The dialog is "wacky" because you installed SoD on top of a modded BGEE. SoD replaces your dialog.tlk, so all the string references added to the original dialog.tlk are now replaced by the SoD strings.

You need to start with a fresh BGEE, then add SoD, then download & run modmerge, then install mods.

    Eldath.

The Yuan-ti cultists are initially disguised as Eldathyn priests.

You have a mod installed that has added levels from the Dragon's Eye portion of Icewind Dale.

EDIT: Props to @DJKajuru for ninja'ing me while I was finding an image of the Eldathyn symbol.
Seeing the similarity between the symbol in IWD and the real symbol is hard. It is almost as if the Eldathyn "priests" couldn't find the time to make the symbol look more authentic.

You do have high expectations of them poor man-eating snake blokes.

Do you remember where that dungeon exits to? Or maybe someone else here does? I'll put this under a spoiler...

Edit: no need to answer that, I googled it. In Icewind Dale you come in by a snowy bridge, and in Baldur's Gate from the cellar of the abandoned house.

    I like this.

And @AstroBryGuy , what should I do now that I have SoD installed on top of mods? The main game is fine, but the mods may not be. Run modmerge now?

I've never played that mod, so you'd have to ask @DarkDogg any questions about the Caina mod content, but I'm sure the encounters/dialogs are different than in IWD.

Of course I got out of the dungeon, the way I came in.

What if I copy my saved games to a fresh installation?

Yeah, I would err on the side of caution and do a complete re-install.

Actually , that synthethized form of Eldath's symbol is quite similar to the one illustrated in the AD&D book Powers and Avatars, and since the game was designed before 3rd edition that was the best they could copy from.
