How do you log into support?

I apologize because I know this isn't the best place for this, but I can't find anywhere else to address the problem. Basically, I can't log into support even though I can log into the forums and the general Beamdog site. Whenever I click "support" it prompts me for a username/password but repeatedly rejects the exact same credentials I use to log into the other parts of the site successfully. Recover password emails never materialize in my inbox from support but they *do* appear when sent from the forums or from the general Beamdog site. Is there some trick to getting a login for support?

Nevermind, I found the answer with some google fu. Apparently you have to manually email support first: support@beamdog.com in case anybody else has this problem. I assume you get a login to access tickets after that.

Thanks for posting the solution, I had the same issue. It's maddening that the crash report directs you to the support page, but then you can't access the support page. Now I will try to resolve crashing issue...
