Thank you, this is an awesome fanzine - and has an article that will help me with my next project as I slowly learn how to write mods and not just install them. I look forward to issue #3!
On this date, one Lordkim did make a disparaging comment towards Lord Grum of Clan Baki on the topic of the publication of a list of the most renown dwarves. For this affront, recompense is demanded. Lordkim shall pay his weight in turnips, or his weight in blood shall be shed. May the ancestors read these words with approval.

In all seriousness, Deltago speaks truth. Though I'd like to hear your thoughts as to why you think Flint should be on the list and which dwarf you would remove to put him there.
I saw this a few days ago, but only got around to reading it all the way through last night (work gets hectic at times).
Awesome job done by everyone involved. You guys are really creating something great here, and I'm already looking forward to issue #3.
I may have mentioned this in the last thread about this magazine, but I'm a journalist who's worked for several magazines as a freelancer before getting hired at the local paper. If anyone writing for Wild Surge needs a hand during (or after) the writing process, I'd be more than happy to help in any way I can! Just shoot me a PM, and we'll see what I can do.
Also, special shoutout to @Grum for including Gotrek Gurnisson in the list. Gotrek was my first real introduction to dwarves in fantasy, so he holds a special place in my heart, hahaha.
Now, I'll be sitting here, patiently waiting for the gnome issue.
I am hoping that the inclusion of the modding tutorials will inspire more people to try their hand at modding. I know that this would have been very helpful to us in those first days. I look forward to reading each installment. I have no doubt that we will find useful information to help us better understand this interesting and challenging hobby.
And I am very much looking forward to what new people might come up with as they take up the challenge. The more people creating mods, the bigger the possibility of finding mods that are just right for each of our own games and play style.
Loved the Dwarven theme. Umm… and extra points for including Richard Armitage as Thorin Oakenshield in the top 10. (heart flutter)
Am I the only one who thinks it would be neat to have a sticky here for the magazine, with links to the different issues?

He is stubbornly standing by his choices though, but that is the good thing about lists like this, it opens debates and discussions on the very topic.

There will be a gnome issue... right?
Right?!
I'M ALL OVER THAT
No real content throughout the entire magazine, just farfetched stories and nonsense. And lots of turnip references.

All previous issues will be able to be found here: https://www.wildsurge.ca/archive
No need for a sticky thread. There are already too many of them.
