Ever since I signed up for this website a couple years back, I've not been able to access "my account" and "public profile."

The email that I've recently signed up using is from an old college I'd used to attend. I'd like to update my email and make a new password, but I'm unable to.

This forum is my only help left. Perhaps this is an old issue, but I'm bringing this up because I've bought a lot of products from Beamdog so far, and I don't want anything to happen to my account. Especially now that I'm going to pre-order Planescape: Torment.
