Let me tell you. I never played this game, so what a nice Easter present.
Answer the fundamental question as you like and may the comments be spoiler-less!

Nothing. Absolutely nothing. We're all just dumb meat machines that run on impulse and blind hatred. Should I join The Dustmen or The Bleak Cabal?

I really shouldn't make this joke, I'm a horrible person for eventhinking of it.

What can change the nature of a man?

    Lorena Bobbitt

Hey, it is a legit 1990's joke!
Vintage humor is entirely justified when commenting on old games like this!

Money, success, power. I've seen it happen.

Does that change the nature, or simply reveal the hidden nature?
I think it can do both.

No, money, success, and power just make you more of who you are, and thus make it harder to hide.

I'm with you, @tbone1. Many times our true natures are hidden behind a lack of options or fear of consequences, for better or worse.

A mountain is just a rock that's morer and harder to hide, but if a rock turned into a mountain I would hold that the rock has changed.

Money, success, and power changes not just the holder in question, but all those around him as well.

Answer the question to someone who is in love with you and he\she will accept anything you say as correct.
Answer this question to someone who truly loves you and he\she will answer sincerely according to his\her beliefs.

Not to sound sad, but suffering can rewrite a person anew.

Most definitely true. A traumatic experience can bring some serious changes. That said, sometimes there is good change that comes from it, but often the negative changes it can bring are some of the most difficult types to resolve, and unfortunately, some are not.

Well, I don't care if a big influx of money makes me 'dress in drag and do the hula', I want to contract Dr. Hildegarde Lanstrom's luck virus one good time when standing at the lotto machine. :(

Might change me, sure, but I know one thing, hehheh, 'It can buy me a boat, it can buy me a truck to pull it, it can buy me a Yeti 110 iced down with some Silver Bullets" B)

So it seems the answer was in front of us (in the game title) all along.
