PST:EE, constant crashes in Sigil

As title says, constant crashes happening in the Sigil area. Rather inconstant too, sometimes 10 seconds, sometimes 5 minutes after loading the save.
Had none in the mortuary, it started as soon as I was out. Extremely frequent in the Gathering Dust Bar and none when I did the quest in the Mausoleum.
Recent laptop (XPS 15), can't find any log files. Let me know if I can provide anything.

Can you put the ones that correspond with the timing of these crashes into a zip file and attach it here?
Found something in the Windows event viewer, in case that could be of any help:

Which seems to be pointing toward needing to update the drivers of my GPU?
(Windows/R, type dxdiag, click ok, wait for the green progress bar to complete, save all information, attach here).
Thanks
There also looks to be a slightly newer driver for the Intel chipset which you could try but I'm not sure it is involved with the issue. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26772/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-45-?product=88345
You could also try installing / re-installing directx 9.0c alongside the later version to see if that helps.

& if no success from either of those, locate your baldur.lua file in you documents/planescape torment - enhanced edition folder. If SetPrivateProfileString('Graphics','Backend','0') exists, change it to 1 otherwise if it doesn't exist add SetPrivateProfileString('Graphics','Backend','1'). Save the file and try relaunching the game. You can always set it back to 0 if it fails to work.
& last thought in case the graphic device message is misleading. If using Steam with Cloud saves enabled, could you try temporarily disabling them and advise whether that makes any difference.
Thanks
About the two graphic devices. Before you posted your answer, that's what I was actually playing with. Because with Nvidia, you can select which one you use depending on the program (eg always the GPU, or always the chipset or swap based on what's needed).
Anyway, I will update everything, play with what you suggested and report back.
Updated the 960m drivers to the latest version.
Tried changing the setting you gave me, instant crash when starting the game (this time with a log, too heavy to attach it here though).
Disabling Steam cloud did nothing.
What's puzzling me is how random it looks like... Yesterday I had a session where as soon as I loaded the game, I had the crash. About 5 or 6 times. Then none and I played for about an hour...
