Anyone else here into computers? Do you have a cool system you would like to show off or maybe to post your Baldur's gate nest? I just finished tricking mine out and would like to share. I built my computer from scratch and recently added a custom cooling loop to it. I use my computer to build 3DCG cut scenes for personal enjoyment mainly. I am working on a few scenes for a mod that is not BG related. I also use it for video editing, gaming, and internet. I have it hooked up to my home theater so I can do everything from one spot. Pictures of consoles and Home theaters are welcome as well.

And from another topic, since it wouldn't be Baldur's Gate without a picture of such:
That's not my current rig, however (as you might notice from it being September 2015). I have a slight upgrade over that now. I now have an 8K option with the use of four PG27AQ ROG Swift's. I tend not to bother too much since it's only at ~30FPS running two Titan Xps over SLI. In either case, the quad monitor setup has connections to any of seven other computers (only cheap ones) that I use for testing and other various tasks. I can also hook up just about any console, though I don't have any now aside from the Nintendo Switch, which I played a bit of Breath of the Wild.
And for the chassis of my main gaming rig... unfortunately, I don't have a camera right now, but it's the same case I used years back. The CoolerMaster Cosmos II. Speaking of consoles and the Cosmos II, this one is from a time before I consolidated all my monitors in one room for ease of access (and tidied some of the cables away). They didn't release The Last of Us on PC, but I wasn't going to let that deter me. :-)
In that machine, I was using a 6-core 3960X i7 Extreme and a GTX690.
My current system specs:
Intel I7 6700K@4.8Ghz 4 cores with hyperthreading.
ASUS ROG Extreme VIII mobo
32Gb Corsair Dominator DDR 4@2666Mhz
2X Nvidia 1080TI@ 2Ghz Core/ 12Ghz RAM
1X Nvidia 980TI (physics, 25% rendering boost with 3D art)
Samsung 512GB M.2 Hardrive
Samsung 2TB EVO SSD
2X Western Digital 4TB external hard drives
EVGA 1600 Watt power supply with 138amp 12V lead.
Thermaltake S51 suppressor sound proofed case
EK custom water loop with dual D5 pumps and a 440ml reservoir.
Sony 7.4 amplifier with Klipsh 7.4 reference speakers
Sony's 65 inch Z9D Display (4K, HDR, 3D)
I would like to upgrade to an Atmos 11.4 system but it's beyond my budget right now. I see a bunch of people on AVS forum have 75 inch versions of the Z9D which I would love but it's too pricey at nearly 8 grand. High refresh rate 4K monitors are about to hit the market and a whole slew of UHD movies will hit the scene once Disney jumps on board. Technology never stops.
Sometimes, when I don't want to wake the motel I might be staying at, I attach my sound system (headset)
Should I mention the specs? Well OK then:
Omni 10, Intel Atom processor Z3770 (1.46 GHz), 2GB RAM, 10.1" 1920x1200 Screen, 32 GB eMMC. It was water cooled once when I unfortunately spilt my drink, but I found that I didn't need it and wiped it off.
Righteo stop salivativing, I know you all want one...

Seriously though, it is only the beast I play when I am away for short periods, otherwise my other is a Clevo P157SM1 notebook connected to a 24" ASUS monitor & Artlec Lansing speaker system.
I might add that I am very much into computers (Network Manager) and used to customise for performance. These days, I don't really play the games require a huge beast; more into isometric RP games and some 1st person (Elder Scrolls etc).

Not my battlestation, yet. But I'm surely planning of getting something like that after my current setup hits the fan! Gotta love steampunk computers~
Had a 'Samsung Galaxy Tab S' but found that I was installing all my old favourites (BG Series, IWD, IWD2 etc) to play on it so am opting to go back to a Windows platform for mobile. I also have a Note 4 and have played BG on that with little to no problems; size of screen was the prob but when you need to play, you play!

And I really dig your setup. Thanks for sharing it.
So no purdy pictures up for this post, hehheh.
Well my ol laptop runs on an ol gas lawnmower engine I think, the blades are a little dull and I bout have to pull the starter cord and turn up the throttle to 'wide open', but it gets the job done.
I kept my old Amiga going into the early 2000's but got to be too expensive and a reall time consumer after a while. Then moved to the ENEMY camp and worked with Apple's til I decided that company has gotten WAY to big for it's britches, so it's now an ol PC, intel=ish with nassy ol Windows and microsoft, that I NEVER wanted to go with, butttt, it get BG done and word processing, and browsing, so that good enough I reckon for now. . Trying to simplify life these days.
Oh, and to the OP's setup, I blieve I could use it to subtitute for my ol chevy's radiator if need be .
