I'm playing on iOS: permanent constitution loss from a trap in chateau Irenicus?

I imported a solo berserker into bgii on my iPhone. I switched to Mage and I have no way of disarming traps.

I've noticed my constitution is now 18 in red. I've rested multiple times but it hasn't gotten back to 19.

How can I fix this? Or am I stuck with an 18 (which really isn't too bad).

It's the trap where green slime drops onto you and stops you from moving for a short while.

Did you summon a familiar? If you do, and it dies you lose 1 Con forever.. every time it dies.
