Best way to install SCS mod on BGEE, SOD and BG2EE from BEAMDOG.

Hello!

I just made a fatal error and reinstalled my games for no apparent reason... I missunderstood some piece of information which well... Now I am in the process of installing all the games again.

However, I need to install SCS mod on all sagas. It's not without trouble... Does anyone have a good description how to install the SCS mod on all games with minimum errors? Last time I remember I had to override some files to make it work properly... hmm...

I am not used to modding. Thanks in advance!

Thank you for the reply.

Is it enough to install SCS on the Siege of Dragonspear folder ONLY or should I install the SCS-mod on BG1EE first and then SOD? The games install on two different folders.

The best way to install SCS without having any errors is to use BWS. Regardless, if you are installing SCS, place it in your main BG1 EE directory (the one with your baldur.exe in it) then double click the weidu exe to start the installation process. Installing BWS and following the directions (its a bit of a read, but better than having your game crap out on you midway through with a game-breaking bug or missing fix) then picking only SCS to install would give you all the fixes and compatibility. As to my other question. Is it enough to install SCS on SOD-folder only regarding BG1EE and SOD? Takes a hell of alot of time to install the whole mod really
